Returns

UK Returns

  • Should you not be satisfied with your purchase in any way, we are pleased to offer a refund on any unworn item, returned in its original packaging and original condition. The item(s) must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.
  • Please note this does not affect you Statutory Rights with regards to faulty or not fit for purpose goods.
  • Please include a note within your returned parcel detailing your Order Number, the reason for return & whether you are requesting a refund or exchange – if this note is not included it may delay the refund or exchange process as we will have to spend extra time locating all order details.
  • On receipt of returned items, refund of the purchase price of the item(s) will be made. You will be advised by e-mail when the credit has been processed. This will usually be within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s).
  • Please obtain proof of postage for returned parcels below the value of £25. If returned parcels are over £25 in value please ensure you return them using a registered delivery that requires a signature.
  • Please be aware that although most of our items are returnable, we are unable to accept underwear and hosiery returns unless the item is returned fully packaged and unworn. This is for hygiene reasons.
  • All postage cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you have paid duty for the goods received and wish to return these to us you can claim a refund of the duties from your local customs authority. You will need to show them the proof of the duty paid and proof of the export posting. This needs to be checked and confirmed with your local customs authority.

UK ORDERS

  • All orders received before 2pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) will be dispatched on the same day by First Class Royal Mail and are normally delivered on the next working day. Orders received after 2pm Monday - Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Although during busy times (like the run up to Christmas) our dispatch team is busy picking and packing orders over the weekends too. This is subject to availability.
  • There is a £2.95 delivery charge for orders of £10.00 and below.
  • There is a £3.95 delivery charge for orders over £10.00.
  • Free UK first class delivery on orders £25.00 and over.
  • A Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day) option is available for a charge of £6.95. Choose the “UK Next Day” delivery option in your basket before proceeding to Checkout. Available Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) and only on orders received before 2pm. Please note this option will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, we      reserve the right to hold any orders placed with the delivery method “UK      Next Day” if not all information is provided when ordering.

  • Please note, we are unable to deliver to Ukraine and Malaysia.

Customs & Duty

  • The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country. Parcels may be subject to import duties and tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customers responsibility. Unfortunately SoxKing has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts charged.

  • Payment may only be accepted by PayPal.

We take pride in packing our orders so that you receive your items in the best condition

if the item is for a gift and you do not want people to know that you have brought something from SoxKing then please advise us directly after placing the order that you do not want any branding on the outside of your parcel by emailing cs@soxking.co.uk  with your order number and we will try our very best to amend as requested. Please note, this is not guaranteed as your order may have already been picked and packed.
